What we're building

Why now
Two things happened in the last twelve months that make this genuinely possible:
- Speaker diarisation got real. We can now cleanly separate the supervisor from the care worker in a noisy recording — the essential ingredient for compliance reporting.
- Reasoning models became affordable. Chain-of-thought models can read between the lines: catching evasive answers, unclear medication procedures, and safeguarding blindspots that keyword-matching would miss.
